I'm Falling In Love All The Time

I’M FALLING IN LOVE ALL THE TIME | WRITTEN & PERFORMED BY JACK SCHULTZ

Coffee. Romance. Heroin. There’s a first time for everything and a last. In his heartfelt solo show, Jack Schultz weaves together personal stories of the highs and lows of love.

In 2015 Jack lost his brother Andrew to a heroin overdose, broke up with his girlfriend, and developed an addiction to coffee. Experiencing all three at once helped him see parallel themes in love, loss, and addiction and he tied them together in one universally accessible story.

I’m Falling In Love All The Time was developed in Chicago through The Agency Theater Collective’s Basement Series. In 2018 The Agency produced a sold out late night run in partnership with Chicago’s first recovery high school Serenity Academy Chicago. With the mission to spark conversation about stigma surrounding addiction and the opioid crisis, Jack now travels all over to share his story with students, people in recovery, and families of those in recovery.
